On August 18, 1983, Forest Oaks Memorial Gardens was established as the sole perpetual care cemetery in Havelock, envisioned by Dr. Frank Marmarose as a community service. With over 30 acres of land available for future use, Forest Oaks is an ongoing project of memorialization.

Forest Oaks Memorial Gardens provides a variety of options, including ground burial, above-ground mausoleum, cremation niches, and cremation ground burial, to cater to the diverse needs of families.
